Paul, have you tried Tap Plastics "surface curing agent"? Fiberlay.com makes
a premixed fiber/vinyl ester putty like mix. I found it extremely useful when I
was building my fuel tanks

I take it you don't want everything, I will divide into packages
1 kr2 with the Diehl wings, one complete and one to build
this kit includes the foam for gas tank 2 rough rear decks tail
feathers80% done and dragon fly canopy
sitting on Diehl legs, wheels and brakes brand I don't recall.

I'm having problems ?getting vinyl ester resinand micro to harden enough to
sand. Is this normal? ?No problems when I use flux.?

The area under the gland nut was machined flat; the down-sized picture does
do justice for the excellent machine work done on this Revmaster casting.
I just did not have the nut tight enough to compress the fiber washer to
seal against the threads on the adjustment screw. The nut also acts as a
