Anyone up for a closed course performance eval? Here are the details.
Sportsman Air Racing will time the event and post the results. The top three
fastest times will receive an award and certificate of completion that states
their
average course speed. Every entrant will receive a ce
Sid Wood caught me in my first mistake this year. I called his forum
"fuel flow meter" when it should have been "mixture meter". Now that
I've got this years mistake out of the way I can look forward to the
Gathering. :-)

Don't live that close, but could fly down for a visit if you like. Come to
the Gathering and you will get all the KR you can take for a while. Well,
for a little while.

It was an unfortunate weekend with the loss of KR family member George McHenry.
In 2008 George showed up virtually out of no where with one of the most
pristine built versions of the KR ever seen by us. He proceeded to take home
several awards from the Gathering in 2008. I did not know George ve
