called Ken Rand at that time and told him we (brother in law and I) were
building 2 planes. He said it was not a problem but if you wish, just add a

now have that serial number for plans. With most companies, that would give you
better access to builder support. With the KRs, most of th

My question is, his was issued a serial number when he bought his
plans, do I need to contact someone to have the serial number
transferred? There is no N number assigned yet.
