This question is for those flying KR's. I purchased a flying KR-2S, tri
gear, Revmaster 2100D. During the condition inspection I found the left main
gear strut was loose. I removed the wing and tightened the bolts. While I
had the wing off I thought I would check the bolts for the wing at

Yep, it's at http://www.n56ml.com/corvair/break3/687_break3.mht . The two
seconds with no RPM at 19 seconds is due to swapping ignition systems
Would a gear box such as ths one be a better way to convert the corvair
for aircraf use than a fifthe bearing?
