No. If you choose to fly the Jabaru 3300 equiped Sonex as light sport, you must install a plackard on the panel stating that the engine is limited to 2700 rpm after 5 minutes. The rpms limit the speed to fit the light sport consensus standards. -Jeff Scott ++
