I just converted mine to diehl tri gear. The bottom of the firewall is 22 1/2"
from the floor. Nose tire is 3.40-3.00x5. The center of the prop hub is 37
1/2" from the floor. There is 4 or 5 inches of verticle tubing on the front of
the strut that could be cut to shorten it. Hope this helps
Mine is 22" from the bottom of the firewall mounting plate to the ground, and I
have a 3.4 / 3.0 - 5 tire on it.
