I stretched and widened my fuselage to 15' long and 44" across at the
shoulders lil extra room for a couple of adults. But when I widened it I also
made my center spar longer so I didn't lose any wing area. I pointed that out
when I had my first FAA inspection, he said he'd do the same thing.

This must have been the crash that involved the Ravin 500, really gorgeous
Comanche look-alike that comes from South Africa. I think it was the only
example of that type here in the U.S.
