So it reads like Bobby Muse's plane was sold to a man in Calif. and he sold
it to someone from Georgia, who was flying it home after buying it. The
article said that he did a test flight before buying it, so must have been
able to handle the KR, OK.

That is so sad. How often it happens that someone buys a flying KR and
proceeds to crash. There are way too many instances of this and I don't
think it is limited to the KR. Remember John Denver?

Sadly, a K-2 crashed on Monday near Barstow California. The pilot, whose
name has not been released was killed. Apparently he had just purchased Bob
Muse Jr's KR in Porterville and was attempting to fly it back to Georgia.
No cause has been released as of yet.
