Hello Mike .. Getting started is the hard part, just go for it.
The fuselage sides can be built and just hung on the wall along with
horizontal, vertical, rudder and elevator.
Then can come the wing spars just hang them from the ceiling if you have to.
The hardware can all be manufacture

If I had known that building a plane was gonna be this much fun I would have
