NetHeads,
Today I flew up to see Fontana Dam again, in western North Carolina...an hour
up and an hour back. I saw a blurb on Hoover dam this morning on TV, and
thought I'd see if the leaves were turning yet around Fontana Dam. They
weren't, but it was still worth the trip (see

Thank you for your input. I guess I just forgot about the elbow. But with
the floor stick between my legs I used my leg to rest my elbow and in Don's
plane I remember a small arm rest. But I was thinking that I had some king
of mind telepathy going on here, HAHA. So, I guess I was correct

No. The standard KR setup is referred to as a "center stick". The
"side stick" referred to is mounted on the fuselage sidewall. The
general "side stick" setu

Yes, I am sure that the geometry of the side stick or any location for
a stick would play heavily on the sensitivity of the control of the
plane. But from what I notice on Don's design was that there was not
enough room to allow the geometry of that installation to be improved.
I have had a

Where can I get the co-ordinates for the "other airfoil"? And, which one
will yield 10MPH more..and again, with spars already done per KR plans do
they need to be re-done for the different foil or simply modified?

Isn' t a Standard KR2 a side stick?? It's on my right or my left depending
on where I sit, but always at my side! Is it possible that the sensitivety
of the stick you experienced was because of the geometry of the attach
points and it's lenght??
