liboscar and libfam: Both export a class called "Client", and the destructor

I fixed the bug in the contact list item delegate, you can find the patch
attached.
While investigating that, I also noticed that the ICQ setup dialogue selects
an incorrect tab per default, attached is a patch to set the one with the ICQ
number etc. as default.
