I attached a new version of the patch for libmsn
The webcam session is now managed in an own class (in msn/media/session.cpp),
so it is possible to have more than one webcam session and the connection is
now asynchronous.

I just managed to save the frames in files and wrote a small python script to
display them (webcamdata.py).
Please note that this is my first C++ project so it is really buggy and will
likely need a complete rewrite.
The current features are:
- Webcam inventations can be accepted
- Webcam fram
