Can someone explain how Koha currently handles this situation:
- A schedule for overdue notices is set in "Notice/Status Trigger"
- Some borrowers do not have an email defined in their patron account.

I found a rather serious bug in 2.2.9.
During issuing or terurning, the holding branch data disappears from the items
table. I suppose it happens in the process of updating the lastseen data or
something.
