down the left hand side that is named 'Fines'.
Often it is not fines at all but rental charges or some other thing.
I would like to rename it to Charges ... (I can of course just do this
in the translation for NZ english,

Any body want to propose times dates methods? I think a discussion in IRC
would be the best.
So, I think the ball is in your court Chris. I'd say pick a time that is good
for you and if anyone misses then they can read about it in the logs and follow
up on the lis
+1 Fees / Charges ( either is better than Fines )
