Debian has consistently performed well for Koha installs for me. Ubuntu, being Debian based, is OK also but some run into issues. I personally like CentOS for a great number of things (VMware Server 2.0), LTSP, FileServer, however would not recommend installation of Koha on CentOS or Fedora,
