Hi All,
We were delighted to start our working week today with this wonderfull news.
Thanks to all of you for all the hard work!!
We would like to start working on the final system preferences for our local
test set-up. To do that, it would be a great help if someone could upload PDF's

Saskia,
As great as that sounds, it's not that easy. Unfortunately the way the
manual was created it would take me an entire day to save every document as
a PDF.
My suggestion is that now that 3.0 is released, the community focuses all
it's energy on getting the new Koha.org site up and running
Hi,
Congratulations to all on Koha 3.0 stable! But, no rest for the weary...
To get the transition to 3.2 started, I plan to do the following later today:

Future 3.0 packages and bugfix releases (e.g., 3.0.1) will be based on

Hi,
For your consideration, an outline of a schedule for Koha 3.2. This
is organized by weeks, with this week being Week 1. My main
scheduling goals are to have more frequent intermediate releases, to
explicitly schedule several periods of bugfixing between the feature
pushes, and to release Koh
Hi folks,
Well, 3.0-stable is finally out, and includes over 31 translations,
and that's really amazing ... thanks so much for all your hard work
these past months!
I'm writing this email to let you all know that I'm stepping down as
the unofficial Translation Manager for future versions of Koha.

Now that we're getting close to taking enhancements for 3.2, I opened
up bug 2503 to keep track of the work put into

Nicole,
If I can be of some help, I’ll be glad to do so. What kind of documentation
module did you had in mind? An extension to the existing wiki pages at
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php? Or did you refer to the Plone build Koha.org
site that was mentioned last winter?
Greetings,
Saskia

Thanks for the offer. I am referring to the Plone site. Once that's up and
running we're set to move the documentation.

Depending on the context, I think you might find MARC21 fields 040 and
583 useful.

Now that 3.0 is out - it's time to decide what we're going to do about the
Plone migration - we don't really have a consensus here. How do we decide
which route to take?

I fully agree - education is the key to the long term success of Koha

Hi,
I have created a branch for maintaining Koha 3.0.x in the public Git
repository located at git.koha.org. This branch and the master HEAD
currently point to the same state of the Koha source tree, the
3.0-stable version, but this will change as patches are accepted for
3.1. Specifically, work
Hi,
I've added instructions to the wiki about handling the new branch::
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:git_usage#create_a_branch_to_work_in
If anybody finds an error or a better way to do it, please update the
wiki or let me know.
