You'll need to start with installer/data/mysql/update22to30.pl
for dev_week as well as 2.2
It's a hairy upgrade, since we've added db constraints that didn't
exist before, so do expect to spend some time manually addressing
failed constraints.

I tried running the updatedatabase.pl, but it didn't work out very
well. Lots of failures. Our version of dev_week is from before the new
updatedatabase.pl was implemented, it doesn't even have a
kohaversion.pl. Should we try pulling the latest dev_week, updating to
that, then go to Koha 3?

I'd also suggest keeping to the update scripts rather than
trying to import. I'd add suggest altering your existing
frameworks to match the 3.0 defaults once you've run
the upgrade scripts as an added step.
