I solved by installing it manually, by downloading the appropriate version
CPAN, and the installation manual ize ..
I use Debian etch

package, XML::LIBXSLT won't install.
It looks like it may work, then:
running xslt-config... ok
looking for -lxslt... yes
looking for -lexslt... yes
running pkg-config libexslt... failed
using fallback values for LIBS
