maybe someone can correct me on this but i believe your supposed to reindex
either nightly or every few hrs or when you do a batch import.
with zebra do
PERL5LIB=/kohainstall/lib
/kohainstall/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -a -r

first i would use aptitude and look for the packages under not installed > perl
and look for the libs, + to add hit g and then g again to install ;)
if you can not find the package in the repository use cpan.
if not in root, sudo cpan
install GD::Barcode::UPCE
not sure if you have used cpan befor
Is there a .pm with a function/sub that allows me to get/send a query on
the sys. pref table and have it return data?

rking. Its normally called iptables
so try this /etc/init.d/iptables stop as sudo or root.
if this doesnt work then something could be wrong in your apache
settings for koha.

What is the command that you are using to launch the SIP Server, sounds

I am a little confused on how the structure works with koha.
I have so far when you try to check a book out to someone with a fee it
halts displays the errors and then creates a button called Override and
an error message to allow the librarian to continute to check out.
