We would like to merge them into a report which gives us the "individual"
circulation counts by year, but also limits the list of materials to ones with
a total circulation of less than 5 during the total specified time
visionware.
I'm getting ready to leave on vacation until Nov. 2nd and I will have
unreliable email access while I'm gone. So, please direct emails to my library
director until November.

barcode, but unless you've previously written the barcode down of the volume
you want, you are out of luck. This problem could be solved by including
volume info on the page where you "place a hold on a specific copy."
