I myself failed to install koha on Centos 5. it came with a libxml library that
was incompatible with the libXML perl module. And downgrading would of been a
headache. So, i switched to debian, and to make up time, got someone else to
install it.

I've recently realized that there isn't a git.koha-community.org site for
hosting code.
I'm am proposing that ByWater Solutions provide server space for hosting a git
repo with an address of git.koha-community.org
The main control and configuration will be managed by the koha-com
