I am Rocco Agrifoglio, a PhD student at Parthenope University of Naples.
Nowadays, my colleague and me are doing a research on Open Source. Our aim
is to highlight the role and the problematic of open source developers, in
order to increase their visibility.
Therefor
I would recommend /bin or /bin/migration_tools for the
borrower_import_command.pl
As for the config (defaults) file, either /etc or /misc would be my
recommendation.
