Yes Eric i do have a login screen and thanks to all your help i've
solved it. using "Koha" for the login and the password and it
worked

Hmm. Could be that your chosen web browser has 'remembered' the password, and
is entering it.. the wrong one, automatically, when it comes to the login page.
Test
If you changed the password, look in your koha.conf file.
The default location is /etc/koha/koha.conf

i just installed Koha and went into intranet to get to the librarian
interface however i can't login and i don't remember Koha asking me
for a password or user name. What should i do?
