Hi all,
I've recently noticed that Net::Netmask 2.000+ no longer supports
abbreviated IPv4 netblocks (e.g. 216.240).
If your Koha libraries have used this in their configurations, they'll no
longer work. They need to use one of the supported methods like CIDR format:
216.240.0.0/16.
