Normally, those errors are detected and set as fuzzy on updating from
english templates.
When updated po files are loaded on translation server, that strings are
shown as fuzzy to
translators.
But some strings have been incorrectly set as translated and now are on
master and 3.18.x :)

So what should I do in future when I encounter problems like this? Just email
koha-translate? Or try to resolve them myself on Pootle?

An email to koha-translate is fine, to make translators and TM aware of the
problem.
