Thank you, Chris,
I am not sure about that. We hired a system admin to upgrade Koha for us. I
have to ask him tomorrow. What is the command to check whether it is
running so I can check that now, please?
Kind regards

Hi Dilan
Thanks for that,
Can you check that the koha indexer daemon is running? Did you install
via debian packages?
If so you could do
sudo koha-indexer --restart instancename
(where instancename is your Koha instance name)

Sorry to miss that. This is the information I go from the admin
Koha version: 18.05.05.000
OS version ('uname -a'): Linux koyauniversity.org 4.9.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP
Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08) x86_64
Perl interpreter: /usr/bin/perl
Perl version: 5.024001
Perl @INC: /usr/share/koha/lib
/etc/p
Hi Dilan
There is 17.05, and 17.11 and 18.05 and 18.11.
So you will need to tell us which actual version of Koha you are running.
(There is no Koha 17 or Koha 18)
