I’d be happy to provide additional support for packaging, but I’m unaware of
the processes for providing it. (I can’t commit to taking on the Packaging
manager role, but I’m happy to support the person in that role.)

sometimes a typo in a bug number in a commit message can cause wrong
bugs ending up in the release notes. We try to catch those, but it can
happen. In this case I have not been sure to locate the wrong commit,
but it doesn't look like any moodle specific code has made it into Koha.

I have reached out to Mirko a couple of times so far, I think he's just
very busy.
He's also got the challenge of investigating how we can support D10
packages on his plate, not to mention I'm currently waiting on his go ahead
for the imminent release as it will be a security release, so needs to
