This is wrong, the method still exist.
The change is that caused by (lib/HTTP/OAI/GetRecord.pm):
-@ISA = qw( HTTP::OAI::Response );
+@ISA = qw( HTTP::OAI::ListRecords );
And there is no ->xslt in HTTP::OAI::ListRecords.

3.27 => OK
3.28 => OK
4.02 => KO cannot install via cpan
