I just published my Release Manager newsletter for february
(yes, it's no more february, BUT: if February had 31 days like many
other months, it would be feb, 31th today, so complain to ppl that
decided to have only 28 or 29 days for feb ;-) )

Last night, Chris C. has upgraded bugzilla to version 4.2, that has been
released recently.
You'll see the change in the mails you recieve, they have changed a lot,
and are in HTML. If you don't like that, you can switch back to "text
mode" in your account preferences
