[Koha] autoBarcode not incrementing

Hello I am in the process of adding new books to Koha for the first time. I've added all the MARC records, and now I'm adding the items. I keep getting Error saving item: Barcode must be unique The autoBarcode is set to yymm0001 so I expect it to increment, but it keeps generating the same barcode
