[Koha] Cannot Check Out!

Fellow friends, suddenly we have a problem with one Patron. When we want to check out for this Patron the system is coming up with Cannot Check Out! Lost: Patron's card is lost. We have no clue as to what has caused this and how to resolve it. Plse help asap. We just recorded her checkout manually

Dear all, Though I am not quite keen to migrate from my stable Koha version 3.2 running on Ubuntu 10.10, what are the best step-by-step instructions to migrate to the current Koha version to run on Ubuntu 10.10 and using 32-bit machine. I would not like to be left too behind. Thanks in advance.

Dear Mark Thanks for the response. I have taken note of the suggestions you have put forward. I have been used to using Koha 3.2 LiveCD which can install very easily on a 32bit machine. Now when | check the net I can only see this Koha Livecd_325_ubuntu_1010.x64.r8.iso. Can this be a good alternat
