[Koha] Unable to manage lists even as superlibrarian

I am trying to manage some lists created by another user. I need to be able to delete some of them, rename some and then add/delete items. It seems there is no permission that will allow a superlibrarian access to public lists which seems odd. Is the only solution to directly modify the owner o
