[Koha] Enabling LDAP in Koha

We have 2 libraries within our installation. When I set the OverdueNoticeBCC, the email that I specified gets check-in/out notices from both libraries. Is there a way I can have just the librarian from each library get only their overdue notices? I am using Koha 3.16.01. Thanks, Paul
