[Koha] manually remove not working plugins on koha 24.05

Hi, I´ve migrated my koha from 19.11 (under ubuntu 18.04) to 24.05 building a completely new ubuntu 24.04 and found that some plugins does not work any more. I was able to "recover" some of the plugins by reinstalling them from plugins page with the upload option. However, there are some that did
