Hi Victoria, I would check to see if you fields in the PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerUnwantedField t are also in the PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField. Having a required field also set to hidden would cause the problem you are seeing. Cheers, On Thu, Sep 17, 2020 at 9:16 AM Jacobs,

Thank you for your fast reply, Lucas. I checked the two categories you mentioned, and here's what I saw: There's no overlap from those where a required field would be hidden. No field lights up as being red to signal it was required but left unfilled. Last time I tested this was maybe a month ago;
