[Koha] Maintenance of the mailing list server

Hello devs, I have been in touch with Biblibre's sysop, Laurent. We are planning an upgrade of the mailing list server (move), in order to fix the problems we are facing for several months. It will make all the mailing lists listed there unavailable: https://lists.koha-community.org/cgi-bin/mailm
