We are going to move a server from ubuntu 16.4 to 18.4 and koha from 17.5
to latest stable. All this in a new machine to minimize downtime.
Is there any special consideration to take care of?

easy to me. She'd like to be able to generate letters to each patron
having overdues more than N days (where N is a variable). The letter
would be then be printed, stuffed into an envelope, and mailed with
the postal service.
