I think if you set 999 you will still get transports, they are only very
expensive, but not impossible. You should check 'disable' if you don't
want to allow transports and it should give the cell a red background.
Maybe it would be simpler to use the UseBranchTransferLimits preference
instead

I have been trying to restore my old koha db to the latest koha 18.5 but I
am getting error when invoking the upgrade schema library command.
The error line is system preferences doesn't exist at database line 110.

Hi Krishna,
We have the same issue. To get around it, once you get to the journal page we
use Ctrl F then type the keyword again and it is highlighted on the page and
shows which specific issue it is in. Not perfect, but workable. If there is a
better way, I'd love to use it too.
