We're having sort of the same problem. It works on the first try, but
not after that. Closing the browser and restarting makes it work
another time. Using Firefox on Windows 10.

I was wondering if anyone has the Sort by Title (A-Z) working properly in Koha.
Currently, any foreign language materials that have titles in languages that
use non-Latin alphabets do not sort by title correctly. Here is an example

Scott, The forbidden message that you are getting is saying that you are trying
to access the Root directory. Your root directory in your virtual server setup
in Apache is pointing at the wrong directory.
