We did it two years ago.
>From Athena, you can export your marc data from Cataloging>Export MARC
Records>select range "Barcode", put a filename then choose where to save
your data and finally I do suggest choose "Export as multiple MARC
records".

Thank you Paul. Knowing that the rebuild was successful now, does it matter
which user was used to do the rebuild? We are not getting any error while
rebuilding.
But my problem now is that the search is still not returning any hit even
though the database contains 19000 records and the rebuild
