and we achieve this by mailing them the Suggested details by the user. this

What are the necessary steps to be taken for Integration.

You have to have a driver to enable SMS messaging. There is also
this: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9021 --
a new feature that is in the works to make it so that you can use SMS
via email.
