[Koha] updating koha 3.00

Hi, My current employer is running on koha 3.00 on a linux server and wanted me to update it but I have found conflicting information; the 1st being there are no updates for koha 3.00 and the next being some linux commands i found to update koha 3.00 to 3.80. How should i proceed? Thanks _

Dear all user , I am using * Stage MARC records for import (MARC File) *so in the "*biblio" table first record is showing *in *"items" *table four times. My question is how it shows four times in "items" table, whereas it is entered in "*biblio" table *only one time ? Can any one help me Please ?
