I'm not an expert on SQL but, in standard Koha, there is an administrative setting that allows you to edit how the fields that use authorized values display in the OPAC. One of these is location. In our case we use generic 'storage' in the OPAC and the specific details are available in the staff

Thanks Robin for your very fast reply, indeed I can login with such username. However it seems that such user i's treated like a normal user because I don't see any admin interface where to add users/patron and other admin tasks. But I moved a bit forward and I'll see what I can do. Alex 2014

Hi Alex, You are logging in to the staff client, not to the OPAC? Having logged in, you should see a menu in two columns: Patrons is the second option in the left hand column, Administration is the fourth option in the right hand column. Is that what you are seeing? Bob Calyx On 11/03/14
