Are you asking - where do you put this information in the item record (Koha 952) ? We don't use copy numbers in our library, but if we did, I'd use 952 subfield h for the volume number and 952 subfield t for the copy number. This page might be useful: http://es.koha-community.org/

[Koha] Item search without searching for bib record id

Hi, Tim-- To search by barcode, have you tried the prefix "bc," e.g.: bc=123456 or: bc:123456 (I prefer using the colon rather than the equals sign because it's faster to type, and it also works!) There are other helpful search prefixes in this guide (I use it all the time): http://manual.koha-c
