Yes, I do.
I have an installation that works one year, but one day, a windows
update has made the rfid station failed. I have no access code and no
credit for the very expensive maintenance from 3M. So now, I'm looking
for an open source and easy to install solution (under Windows or Linux).

Not a lot of people use Koha on Centos, so getting help might not be
too easy. Have you looked at the guides published here?
