I just stood up a brand new test instance of 3.12.06 to experiment with CCSR
vs. PROG themes for OPAC. The default PROG works fine, but when I switch to
CCSR the OPAC displays completely wrong. Here are 2 screen shots (if you can
ignore the TinyPic ads):

We are using KOHA 3.6 so I'm not sure if this will be of any help...
The following tags are used for our notices:
<> for:
- Advance Notice of Item Due
- Item Due Reminder
- Overdue Notice
<> and <> for:
- Item Check-in
- Item Checkout
- Hold Available for Pickup
- Hold Placed on Item

CCSR requires that you set your opaccolorstylesheet system preference
with the value "colors.css"

currently use a custom stylesheet for opaccolorstylesheet in PROG. If I decide
on CCSR, which requires opaccolorstylesheet = c

not edit record :)
