[Koha] Labels with images

Did you ever figure this out. I get this message when I check out certain books, I have a feeling that they are the books that came pre-cataloged and labeled from Follet before I came here. I can't find a branchcode in the record so I don't know what the problem is with these books. Thanks! -- V
