[Koha] control availability of an item on OPAC

We run a media library which aim is educating young people. Because of our young worker we need to have some control on the items that are catalogued. This means that a junior can catalogue an item but a senior must approve/ validate it to be visible on OPAC. Is it possible with KOHA? thanks

[Koha] Error regarding Bulk upload of patron images.

I want to upload patron images in bulk. Koha version = 3.08.01 I am using following steps of uploading bulk patron images using .zip file having cardnumber followed by imagename.jpeg (140*166 size) in .txt file and images along with it. Getting the following error: Patron image failed to upload
