Hi,
I think you should look at (
http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/catadmin.html#marcbibframeworks)
for a start.
What you need is to modify your MARC framework.
Go to Admin > Bib Frameworks > Default, search for 534, edit subfields, and
for each subfield you want to use

Hi Petridis.
Now I've deleted the comma from Authority Author, rebuild zebra but no
success.
It's strange because the results looks OK (Ex: Rowling, J. K.(*3*) )
Than, when I click it, nothing if found :(

The problem is something to do with your Apache configuration file(s).

Unless something has changed recently there are certain characters that
have special meaning for searching and these include colon(:), equal(=)
and brackets(()).
So the cataloguer's solution would be to ensure you do not have these
characters in author statements.
This may not be most helpful b

Dear David,
Thank you for your response, I installed Koha couple months back and
everything has been working without problem.
I installed Koha 3.8 from common package on Debian 6+,
I can not think why config-files should disappear from the system.

Just in case no one has spotted this. Your two searches are different, one
is for limit=Rowling, J. K. The other is for J. K. Rowling
I suspect your authorities have it one way and it's set the other way in
your bibliographic records.

Annalise,
I've had occasion to do a number of Millennium to Koha migrations;
Millennium is one of the harder systems to migrate, particularly if you try
to deal with acquisitions and serials. If you're doing biblios, items,
borrowers, current checkouts, holds, and fines, that's not too terribly

But, if a book has the author entered as "surname, name", and appears as such
in the search lists, it should also appear as such in the indexes, searches,
search results refinements, regardless of the alternate entries in the
authorities data.
In other words, authorities are there - as far as
Greetings,
You forgot to mention plesk. I still blame it, until proven wrong. :)
And did someone even try out the "history | grep /etc/koha" command I
suggested on IRC?
Actually, to extend that. Try it in every account that has sudo access. :)

Dear Mark Tompsett,
I do not agree with your comments on Koha live CD/DVD's. I am using Koha 3.8.2
Live CD released by Mr. Vimal Kumar, it is working fine. Most of the library
professionals are may not familiar with Linux to install Koha along with
supporting software's. This type of Live CD/
