I am trying to install koha-3.0.8.4 on debian but when i ran: "perl
Makefile.PL" I get the following error:

unable to locate Koha configuration file koha-conf.xml at
/root/koha-3.08.04/C4/Context.pm line 360.*
Can somebody help me understand the cause of this error and how i can solve

Does anyone have some advice on how to optimize search results? I would like
the keyword "hits" in the title to count most .. and group them in highest to
lowest hit order ... I am not sure how to optimize...

The first staff page in 3.8.4 after logging in has a tabbed search box at
the top that "defaults" to patron checks - our staff has asked me to change
this to the fourth/last tab "catalogue" as they cannot find a "preference"
anywhere.

Thanks a million for the hint! Actually I had found mention of this on
an IRC chat log (after writing here), and the record of the user
actually DIDN'T have an expiry date, but when I set it nothing changes.
I get the same error. Even after restarting koha AND Apache :P
Any hint?
